§ 3.4. Temporary Moratoria

As provided in G.S. 160A-381, the Board of Commissioners may adopt temporary moratoria on any Town development approval required by law. In such an event, the Board of Commissioners shall follow the procedures required by law and set forth in G.S. 160A-381 for adoption of said moratorium.
