Each day a violation remains uncorrected after receiving proper notice shall constitute
a separate violation of this Ordinance. Any violation of the zoning, subdivision,
or other provisions of this Ordinance that were in effect prior to the adoption of
this Ordinance shall continue to be a violation under this Ordinance, and shall be
subject to the penalties, remedies and enforcement procedures described in this Article,
unless the use, development, construction, or other activity either complies with
the provisions of this Ordinance or adoption of this Ordinance materially altered
the prior requirement. Nothing in this Ordinance shall prohibit the continuation of
previous enforcement actions, undertaken by a local government pursuant to previous
and valid ordinances and laws.
