§ 18-11. Alcoholic beverages.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to possess any alcoholic beverage within a public park. It shall be unlawful for any person to drop, throw, cast or deposit any used alcoholic beverage container upon the premises of any public park.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or display any beer, malt beverage, unfortified wine or any other alcoholic beverage within any public park.

(c)

Pursuant to existing town regulations, the consumption or sale of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited at all times on park property including during all major and minor events.
