§ 3. Payments by franchise.

In consideration of the rights and privileges granted under, Time Warner Entertainment Advanced Newhouse shall pay the Town of Mint Hill an amount equal to five percent of the grantee's gross annual revenues from all sources attributable to the operation of the grantee within the confines of the Town of Mint Hill in accordance with the ordinance referenced in section 1 hereof.
